merde, Il pleut!

The name

The phrase/my site name, merde, il pleut literally translates to shit, it rains. Quite a strange name, for I actually love the rain, but bon, il pleut doesn't sound as awesome, therefore, shit it shall be.

history

Warning: Long, almost life-story like

I started off on Neopets, like almost everyone did, way back in 2002. I got bored of it quickly by 2003, so I moved onto freewebs. I left the webdesigning scene until 2005, when I worked on a graphic-designing site which I pathetically forget the name of. The site shut down in March 2006 but luckily a month earlier I got hosted by Exile-Studios.net The site shut down in April 2006, so I moved to another domain, which I also forget the name of. It shut down in late April, so I moved on to Emily of love-teacup.net. In July of 2006, I bought a domain with my friend/the girl I worked with on the graphics site with called cat-nap.org. Wanting to do things on my own without the approval/acceptance of other's opinions, I decided to get hosted again in October 2006 by Maya of sakura-splash.net. I ended my run there in early April 2007, due to being too depressed about the death of my cat, Scooby. I have now finally decided to come back to the web-designing world and got hosted here at kitty-love.net as of March 20th 2008.
